Ash Adams

Ash is a third-generation Pilates instructor in direct succession from Joseph Pilates, completing an instructor training program through the renowned Katrina Foe’s studio, Personalized Pilates, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. She completed 9 weeks of Pilates educational courses and an intensive 600+ hours of Pilates instructor training.  In addition, Ash has completed courses through Balanced Body, in Therapeutic Pilates focusing on spinal health.  

 

She has worked with a wide range of clients, including those with a variety of postural, spine, joint, and flexibility issues as well as those wanting to build strength and stability. Clients have also included both student and professional athletes, helping them to alleviate muscle imbalances, prevent injuries, and improve overall performance. Ash has an immense appreciation for how Pilates transforms the body through mind-body integration focusing on proper breath, and building and maintaining core strength and fluidity of movement. Her passion is to help others feel good in their bodies and about their bodies, and she teaches with great compassion and a strong desire to help her clients develop mind-body awareness for optimal overall health.
