Meet Ash
Ash Adams
Ash is a third-generation Pilates instructor in direct succession from Joseph Pilates, completing an instructor training program through the renowned Katrina Foe’s studio, Personalized Pilates, located in Scottsdale, Arizona. She completed 9 weeks of Pilates educational courses and an intensive 600+ hours of Pilates instructor training. In addition, Ash has completed courses through Balanced Body, in Therapeutic Pilates focusing on spinal health.
